Question: How much is it?

We run a ‘pick n’ mix’ menu of services allowing you to select a personalised plan of the services you require. We provide the flexibility for you to add or take away services as your business needs change.If you have a requirement that isn’t shown, just get in touch and see if we can get our Medhead around it. As every client requires a different set of services, you just need to get in touch for a quick discussion and we’ll supply a quotation and bespoke package for you.

Question: What is the notice period required to cancel my services?

For most services we only require 1 weeks notice to cancel, although if you are running a personal telephone number or fax number with us you will need to provide a minimum notice of one month.
